I've been listening to these albums a lot lately. Two of them are fast and grindy, the other is slow and droney.

Nadja - Desire In Uneasiness
Two piece from Canada. Extremely slow, extremely heavy wall of sound type stuff. Very meditative and relaxing. Listening to them is comparable to being slowly rocked to sleep by a grizzly bear.

Misery Index - Traitors
New album from these guys, first time I've bothered checking them out. So far, one of my favorite albums to come out this year. Left wing death metal/grindcore.

Trap Them - Seance Prime
Former Backstabbers Incorporated members. Basically a continuation of that band; fast, pissed off, and filthy sounding metal with lots of punk influence. Short, but very good.
